We increase our impact in society by creating centres of excellence with partners who share our vision, multiply access and offer our services to the communities they serve.

We promote a model of professional learning that applies research to practice and which returns evidence from practice for further research and development.

We provide thought leadership which empowers individuals, organisations and communities to lead their own learning and create their own change.

We operate commercially in each market sector on fair and competitive terms so as to fund operations and generate a surplus for re-distribution by our parent charity.
